Since 1981 TAM AS has designed and produced all types of mobile military lightweight shelters, using a self-produced, professional, glued, self-supporting sandwich system.

Our sandwich is a very strong, insulated, self-bearing building material which does not need internal or external stiffeners, corrugation or similar products. In controlled production, an inner and outer skin is glued onto a high-quality core material. If using skins of aluminum on a high-quality core, a high-quality sandwich material is obtained which is not affected by humidity or fungus.

Our sandwich system is ideal for use in mobile military shelters, and provides several advantages, such as low weight, high strength, excellent quality and lasting insulation. A quality sandwich-shelter has no maintenance costs except for moving parts and paint when needed.
